I really just want to thank you guys for giving me this opportunity to be here in India. This next segment is from my blog, but I think it pretty much sums up the month of November. Right now I am at a new school and a new family. Christmas is tomorrow and I wish everyone a Merry Christmas!

John Baker
|
John has been a resident of the Roaring Fork Valley since 1989 and holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Oklahoma State University, plus three years of graduate research and development in architectural computer aided design at The Pennsylvania
State University. Following completion of military service as a commissioned officer/architect with the U.S. Air Force, John settled in Anchorage, Alaska where he practiced architecture for sixteen years working for leading design firms as well as heading
his own firm. He moved to Carbondale, Colorado in 1989 where he became the senior project architect for the firm established by the legendary Aspen architect and planner, Fritz Benedict. In 1990, John established his own firm and opened offices in Carbondale
and Glenwood Springs. Over the past two decades, John has been responsible for planning and designing of a broad range of project types including public, commercial, educational, affordable housing, multi-family housing, and custom residences.
